I built the method I needed.

Years ago, I was the woman this work is for. I was tired of starting over. Tired of plans that didn't fit my body, my hormones, or my life. Tired of the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

I went deep into the science — nutrition, metabolism, body composition, strength training, behavioral change, nervous system regulation. I studied what actually creates lasting transformation, and what only creates the illusion of it.

Aegis Rising is the system I built from that work. It is not another diet, not another fitness influencer's repackaged plan, not another reason to white-knuckle your way through six weeks of misery.

It is a method built for women who don't need more motivation — they need clarity, structure, and a coach who sees them as a whole person.
